LeadingSelf Coaching PTY (Ltd) is a life and executive coaching company that helps clients reach their true potential.

We offer our services to clients in business, social and other spheres to enhance the leadership abilities of those who are starting out in their careers, relationships and those navigating different stages of their personal and professional lives.

Our goal is to enable a climate of self-realisation, capacity development and holistic growth that includes the exploration and enhancement of personal and professional goals and attributes.

Why Values

Values lie at the center of our being. Our values influence our paradigms - the lenses that determine the actions that we take and the results that we receive. Values are our heartbeat that determine who we become and how we relate to ourselves and others.

Who is Coaching for?

We believe coaching is for people who have set their sights at developing their leadership potential. This includes people who seek to lead others in a team or in an organisation.


In our view, the secret to success in leadership lies in the ability to first lead yourself. Leadership begins with self-leadership – managing your emotions and becoming more self-aware, amongst other attributes.

How we work?

At LeadingSelf Coaching PTY (Ltd) we conduct one on one coaching sessions, both through physical meetings and on virtual platforms (Zoom and Microsoft Teams).


We also conduct group coaching sessions to enable team efficiency and effectiveness. These are conducted through physical meetings or virtual platforms.m

Our Methodology

Values based coaching is at the heart of our process and approach at Leading Self Coaching. It is our firm view that client centred goals that are sustainable (and not only achievable), are those that align to values. What we call real or true wins in our lives proceed from who we truly are in terms of our character and the values that we live by.

Depending on client needs, we also apply several tried and tested coaching models such as the GROW model in introducing our clients to the coaching process. We are agile enough to understand that the needs of our clients take precedence over all that we do. Our plans and processes must appeal and respond to where our clients are in their development journey.

We apply several tools to evaluate each stage of the coaching process. This includes curated questionnaires that clients complete and midway reviews that are necessary to determine if we need to adapt or change our approach.

Our coaching process follows the following trajectory:

Paradigms Exploration

This conversation is our gate way to understanding how the client perceives himself or herself, the world they live in and their role in this world.

Action Phase

This is the phase of coaching where we work with the client to achieve their professional or personal goals. We apply a number of tools to measure our intervention such as midway reviews.

Close Out Phase

This represents the end of the coaching process where we evaluate whether the goals set have been achieved. We determine at this stage whether to continue with coaching or to end the process.

Values Clarification

At the onset, we discuss the values that the client subscribes to and lives by. This is to ensure that the goals that we set are aligned to the clients’ values.

Goal Setting

The process of setting goals is an important step in our coaching process. This ensures we have measurable outcomes at the end of the coaching process.

Values Evaluation

This stage is critical in evaluating whether the client’s values communicated upfront are still the same after the coaching process or whether the clients requires a values reset.

Our Values Based Coaching technique enables our clients to not only have the agility to embrace cultural differences but also to grow within these differences and to inspire their teams to perform.

We coach communications teams to build their confidence as communicators and offer a strategic service to their organisation.
